Problem: Fantastic Fest held by Alamo Drafthouse is one of the widest genre film festivals in the world. It can be overwhelming to try and pick which film to view and coordinate a schedule. The awareness of this festival is also low due to the lack of advertisement for the event.
Strategy: To create an ambient ad to increase the audience and utilize a system that makes choosing films and perfecting the timing easier for users.
Solution: Creating a kiosk system in which the user selects icons they like that represent the vast variety of genres the films fall under. After the user is done selecting all the icons for genres that interest them, a schedule with films the user would enjoy is generated and emailed to them.
